      This would be dependent upon whether or not your DSL modem has a router built-in to it or not. Generally a switch doesn't have a MAC address and the modem would be receiving calls from multiple computer's MAC; and the DSL Modem (if it does not have a router programmed in with it) is not programmed for that as it would not be able to sort out the communications that come in/are received from the switch, as that is the job of a router. If you need additional information please contact either your ISP provider or the manufacturer of the modem for the necessary information. Thank you for choosing D-Link.
